Rental Rates

  • Standard tariff - £490 per week, plus £70 per extra night

  • Short stay tariff - £85 per night with 3-night minimum stay

Prices are based on use of the main bedroom only; if the second bedroom is occupied an additional supplement of £10 per person, per night will be charged.

We only accept reservations of less than 1 week, if you are within two weeks of your start date


 

 

Our tariff does Include

  • All heating, lighting and water charges

  • Local authority charges

  • Weekly cleaning of the apartment and shared spaces

  • Weekly laundering of bed linen and towels

  • Talk-Talk Broadband internet connection

  • Calls to UK landlines and off peak International calls

  • Freeview television channels

Our tariff does not Include

  • Food

  • Daytime International telephone charges and calls to premium-rate and mobile numbers.

Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for younger children

 

Corporate clients may pay by weekly invoice, with 7-day payment terms, provided that the company's credit status has been approved, an official order issued and acceptance confirmed by us. Please contact us for further details.
